Dear Beloved Friends of Herbs We mostly talk about health
issues in this Newsletter, including the use of Whole World Botanicals’ Peruvian Herbs to promote superb on-going health, as well
as to provide nutritional support for the body to cope with chronic and even
life-threatening illnesses. In this issue, our focus
will be on using Whole World
Botanicals’ Royal Peruvian Herbs to promote beauty as well as
health. Here are some common Beauty

loss of tone, freshness, and color What is the main difference

News I have just returned from a
trip to
It took two days by a fast river
boat to reach the isolated riverrine communities which harvest the Camu-Camu
fruit for Whole World Botanicals. I
had a chance to meet the apu (the
male head of the community) and his family members in several hamlets. We
spoke with the apu, his extended
family members, and neighbors about the problems they face and what role the
yearly Camu-Camu harvest plays in their economic lives. They shared what
steps they have taken to improve their quality of life, and we began talking
together about what else needs to
happen in their social and economic environment for them to eat better,
clothe and educate their children better and reduce their isolation. (Please

the rainforest offer the key to maintaining the biodiversity of the Amazon

ACTION Organic Food Is
Under Attack Again. When the U.S. Dept. of
Agriculture tried to permit the use of sludge containing PCBs to spread on
agribusiness fields to produce "organic" agriculture, it was the
power of consumers writing tens of thousands of letters which stopped
this plan in its tracks before it became a part of a "revised"
weakened set of National Organic Standards. Once again, special interests
have pressured the U.S. Department of Agriculture to relax Organic
Standards. A recent
