I eat very well, exercise regularly yet I still have borderline high blood sugar–between 120 and 160 depending on time of day and other factors. I have been taking glucophage for about 5 years to help control my blood sugar. Would your Royal Abuta Plus be helpful for me?

Many people are not aware of the fact that under the FDA guidelines for the sale of dietary supplements, including herbs, the manufacturers are not allowed to make “disease claims” such as “can help treat diabetes” or “can normalize the blood sugar of people with Type 2 Diabetes.” This is not allowed — even if there is scientific evidence in the form of clinical studies with human beings–that this is the case.
The reason for this is that the FDA considers all such disease claims as pharmaceutical drug claims and in order to make a drug claim there are specific procedures that must be followed involving very large scale studies that cost millions of dollars. So I, as the cofounder of Whole World Botanicals, can only speak about the benefits of our Royal Abuta Plus in terms of its usefulness for supporting the pancreas and for blood sugar balance for people who do not have a diagnosed illness.
The positive aspect of this situation is that Whole World Botanicals’ herbal supplement products are so safe that they can be combined with drugs. Whole World Botanicals did a human study with 19 volunteers who were all taking glucophage but whose blood sugar ranged from 180 to 260. All of these volunteers had very carbohydrate, sugar rich diets. The control (placebo) group had the same blood sugar levels after six weeks but the volunteers taking Royal Abuta Plus all had healthy blood sugar levels after six weeks.
