Q: Do you need to take a break with Royal Maca®?

Royal Maca All

A: Not if everything is working great. But if you start to develop some symptoms that you didn’t have before –or that you did but they disappeared when you started taking Royal Maca, then you need to do one of two things: either reduce your dosage or start taking regular breaks from the product.

royalmacasHere are two examples of “side effects”:  In a man, if you got great results with increasing libido and erections and now all of those good results have disappeared—in fact, things are a little worse, this is a problem that requires reducing your dosage or requires regular breaks.  You might take the Royal Maca every other day, for example.

If you are a woman who started taking Royal Maca for your hot flashes and it worked great for a few months and now the hot flashes are returning, you will also need to either reduce your dosage or start taking regular breaks—perhaps just taking Royal Maca six days a week instead of seven. Note:  this rule does NOT apply if meanwhile you have gone from being perimenopausal  to menopausal.

If you start having “side effects,” in 95% of the time, it means that you are taking TOO MUCH and need to reduce your dosage. The list of possible side effects could get very long and mostly it includes the same symptoms which it “cures” when taken at the correct dosage FOR YOU (this is highly individual).
